Procedure to Apply for an Apartment
1. Call the office or send an email to [email protected] to Request an Application
2. An Application can be mailed or a PDF file sent to you via email
3. Complete the Application and return it by mail, email or delivery to the office
4. Pay a $20 fee to run a credit check for yourself
5. Have a verified income of at least 4 times the monthly rent
6. Monthly Rents: One Bdrm; Small - $660; Large - $690; Two Bdrm - $795
7. Include previous rental history on your Application which can be verified.
